Many students who were hesitant readers became more willing to participate once they had access to manga they were genuinely excited about. Through reading the Dragon Ball Z Super Series, students practiced comprehension skills, analyzed character development, and explored themes such as perseverance, friendship, and growth. This led to richer discussions and stronger connections to literacy in an enjoyable, accessible way.\r\nBecause of the materials provided, I was able to expand my teaching beyond traditional texts and offer a more student‑centered learning experience. The manga collection allowed for group discussions, critical thinking activities, and creative reflections that aligned with literacy standards while honoring student interests. These resources also helped foster collaboration and community within our remote learning environment, giving students a shared experience they were eager to discuss and explore together.\r\nWe are especially grateful to our Anonymous Donor for making this project possible. Their generosity empowered our Anime Club by providing high‑quality materials that will continue to support literacy, creativity, and community building.
