We have celebrated one another by earning great prizes! \r\n\r\nYoung children thrive with extrinsic motivation and enjoy being recognized for their accomplishments. We look forward to each Friday to have our own classroom \"Tiger Store\" open. The Tiger Store is an area in the classroom where my students can trade in their \"gum balls\" or pom pom balls for prizes. Students earn pom pom balls for 4 different behavioral traits recognized throughout our school, i.e \"PAWS\": doing your Personal Best, Acting Responsibly, Works and Playing Safely and Showing Respect. \r\n\r\nThanks to your donation, we were able to create a lifelong love for learning through rewards. These rewards have created excitement and motivation among our students. Your kindness has helped create an environment where learning and making good choices is not only encouraged but celebrated.
