My kindergarten students could hardly wait to explore the colorful building sets, gears, and magnetic tiles. They eagerly gathered around to test how things moved, connected, and balanced, turning playtime into hands on learning. The teamwork, problem solving, and communication that happened during free time were incredible to watch.\r\n\r\nThese STEM toys have already made a big impact on how my students learn. They are using critical thinking skills daily as they plan, build, test, and adjust their creations. Even my quieter students have become more engaged, often taking the lead in small groups as they share ideas and try out solutions. The joy and pride on their faces when something they built actually works is priceless!\r\n\r\nThanks to your generous support, my students are developing a love for learning and an early curiosity about science and engineering. Our next goal is to use the STEM toys to explore real world connections, like building simple bridges or creating models of playgrounds. My students were so amazed and excited when we received our rewards for making good choices. We have celebrated one another by earning great prizes! \r\n\r\nYoung children thrive with extrinsic motivation and enjoy being recognized for their accomplishments. We look forward to each Friday to have our own classroom \"Tiger Store\" open. The Tiger Store is an area in the classroom where my students can trade in their \"gum balls\" or pom pom balls for prizes. Students earn pom pom balls for 4 different behavioral traits recognized throughout our school, i.e \"PAWS\": doing your Personal Best, Acting Responsibly, Works and Playing Safely and Showing Respect. \r\n\r\nThanks to your donation, we were able to create a lifelong love for learning through rewards. These rewards have created excitement and motivation among our students. Your kindness has helped create an environment where learning and making good choices is not only encouraged but celebrated.
