Although this is a great resource and has opened many opportunities that we wouldn't have without them, we are seeing some burnout from technology. So when my students saw the box delivered to my classroom, of course they were excited to see something new. Sixth graders may not be in elementary school anymore, but their excitement over whiteboards was overwhelming. As a Science teacher, I am used to seeing students get excited over hands-on learning such as labs and design challenges. Since these activities can't be done everyday, these whiteboards open the door to more engagement in the classroom. We have already used these whiteboards to practice vocabulary over our new unit on rocks and minerals, and many more fun activities that will engage students and lead them to a deeper understanding will follow.","fullyFundedDate":1773267469959,"projectUrl":"project/save-the-trees-lets-have-fun-using-dry/10133838/","projectTitle":"Save the Trees!
