The students were so excited when all the packages started to arrive. It was perfect timing. It was right before Christmas and we were just starting our Gingerbread unit. We read many different stories, made Gingerbread men and girls, then constructed the house kits that were purchased with your donated funds. They turned out amazing. Their favorite part was making Gingerbread waffles with our new Gingerbread waffle maker. \r\n\r\nSince we live in Ohio and have had a cold winter, the indoor recess blocks, games and activities were a great addition to our recess cart. We are also very excited for Spring so we can create our rock garden in our courtyard.
