The light pads and paint markers have made a huge impact on my students and transformed the way we approach our art projects. The excitement on their faces when the materials first arrived was unforgettable—many students immediately began brainstorming ways to use the tools before we even unpacked them fully. These resources have opened new doors for creativity and exploration in our gifted K–8 art program.\r\n\r\nOne of the most exciting uses of the light pads has been with our 2nd and 3rd graders, who have developed a deep love for making flip books. The light pads helped them line up each frame of their animation with ease, building their understanding of movement and storytelling through art. Our 4th and 5th graders used the light pads during a radial design project, carefully tracing and layering symmetrical patterns. The paint markers brought their designs to life with bold lines and vibrant color, allowing even our most detail-oriented students to add precise finishing touches. These materials have truly enhanced our art room, giving students tools that inspire both skill-building and imagination.
