Many of my students immediately ran over to try it out, and they quickly realized how much fun it could be while still helping them calm their bodies. The balance beam, mini trampoline, stepping stones, floor ladder, crash mat cart, and scooter have become an essential part of our classroom routine, providing students with much-needed movement breaks to improve focus, coordination, and self-regulation. One of the most memorable moments was watching my students' excitement as they explored the new materials for the first time—smiling, laughing, and eager to try each activity. Their enthusiasm was contagious, and it was clear right away that these resources were going to have a lasting impact. \r\n\r\nSince incorporating these movement activities, I have seen improvements in their ability to focus and participate in lessons.
