For example, during our morning meetings and small group discussions, students have been using the new tools to better understand and express their emotions. One student shared, \"I feel calmer when I use my breathing card\"—a moment that truly highlighted the impact of your generosity.\r\n\r\nLooking ahead, our next steps will be to use the SEL materials to help students identify their emotions and practice coping strategies in real-time throughout the school day.
