These assessment materials are a huge gift to our entire school. Teachers, assistants, and interventionists are able to use these assessments to find each child's unique needs in both reading and math. They are then able to target their instruction to strengthen areas of need. Since we now all use the same assessments, we are able to make accurate comparisons and effectively monitor growth. \r\nFor students to grow and reach their potential, we need to focus in our their fundamental goals. This has been challenging in the past, especially as students progress to higher grades. We have to find the gaps.
