We were able to conduct the 2nd and 3rd phases of our project-based learning this year. Our study was called \"Warmth in Winter\" and we were able to use the materials to create and design hot chocolate cups to sell as a fundraiser! We were also able to create blankets and cat toys for kittens in the local shelter! Lastly, we were able to set up a real-life worm habitat/community in our classroom!\r\n\r\nThe students were AMAZED at all of the materials and got to utilize them very open-endedly. They were in total control of our project and decided how we used each of them. In fact, receiving these materials nudged these students to give back to those around us.
