They were so happy to have these new cubbies that are large enough to accommodate their belongings. After several weeks of waiting, our custodian was able to get them both assembled and brought them to our classroom. The students independently chose a cubby and began putting their belongings in there daily. We added their names after all the cubbies had been taken. \r\n\r\nThe look of joy and pride I see on the faces of my students when they arrive each morning and place their things away independently. I am thankful that my students having developmental disabilities are able to place their things in these cubbies independently, which is a joy to them. \r\n\r\nOnce again, I would like to let everyone who donated know that I am deeply grateful for your generous donation. I pray that you are richly blessed for your generosity and support.","fullyFundedDate":1758842158506,"projectUrl":"project/teletubbies-teletubbies-we-need-new-cub/9452813/","projectTitle":"Teletubbies, Teletubbies We Need New Cubbies","teacherDisplayName":"Ms. Battle","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp9599293_orig.jpg?width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1723669560707","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/9599293"},{"teacherId":2948653,"projectId":9208627,"letterContent":"Thank you so much for funding our Rocks and Mineral Kits! Students have been thrilled to explore these hands-on materials! Students eagerly examined the rocks and minerals, using the tools to test hardness, streak, and other properties. One memorable moment was when a student correctly identified a mineral by its streak color and proudly explained their reasoning to the class—seeing their confidence grow was incredible.\r\n\r\nWe are using the kits to classify rocks and minerals based on their characteristics, connecting what we learn to real, tangible specimens. Your generosity has turned abstract science concepts into interactive, engaging experiences that foster curiosity and critical thinking.\r\n\r\nNext, we will apply these skills to our ongoing learning on Earth's processes, investigating how rocks are formed, weathered, and transformed over time. We\r\nI can't thank you enough.\r\n\r\nMy students have enjoyed the exposure to the therapy sand. The texture feels nice and it looks clean. The blue and red sand and water tables are cute and sturdy. They are the right size for our sensory area. They allow space for another small sensory table to hold other sensory items in the area. These tables are the correct height for my students to work in. The easy on and off tops help to keep the sand clean and inside the container.\r\n\r\nMy students all request to use the sand and water table on a daily basis.
