My middle school students enjoyed their time studying the park. However, they loved being able to share all they learned with local 2nd grade students even more! My students manned learning stations centered around geysers, Yellowstone animals, Yellowstone birds, and many other Yellowstone topics. My middle school students loved being in the teacher role, at each learning station my students taught 2nd graders about their topic and also helped them create a craft related to the topic. \r\n\r\nIt was amazing to see the 2nd graders eyes light up when they saw the \"coke geyser\" explode. Hearing the laughs of the students as they ran with their bird kite was amazing.
