The cart has been a great introduction to our classroom, housing all the items that have assisted with calmer days. Our weighted plush has been useful in providing comfort and easing anxiousness. The Spot of Feelings book was instantly used to discuss different feelings a person has and how they can be identified. The students loved the plush feelings that were included.\r\n\r\nThe privacy boards have really helped support the students during their weekly assessments. They increased focus, lessened the worry of possible onlookers and decreased the time spent on each assessment. With having these binder rings and magnetic boards it allows for all of them to be stored together. It also allows for the anchor charts to be easily found! It saves so much instruction time besides having to go to the back and then use magnets to put on my white board. Being in the United States and having voice in their children's school is so important to my multilingual parents. Many move here to provide a quality education for their children, as well as, a safe environment. Communicating with the translator puts a smile on the parent faces too. \r\n\r\nBoth the children and the parents are grateful to have our electronic translators available all the time!
