They've given my bilingual and Spanish-speaking students the opportunity to engage deeply with the topic in their home language, making the learning more accessible and personal. We've even started small reading groups where students take turns reading aloud and sharing new facts they've learned.\r\n\r\nOne of our favorite projects so far involved pairing the books with the fossils to create mini \"museum exhibits.\" Each group researched a dinosaur, wrote a short description in both English and Spanish, and displayed their fossil with pride.
