Today we showed the students the snacks that had arrived for them (gummies, juice boxes, peanut butter crackers) and they couldn't believe that people sent those items just for them! Though they are playing with these materials freely, they are also learning creative processes that relate directly to sculpture, engineering, and creative problem solving. \r\n\r\nThe pencil boxes have been so helpful in organizing our supplies that we use for free choice and on a daily basis. All of our markers are neatly in pencil boxes for the students to get for their table when needed. Being able to organize them this way allows the students to be responsible for their own materials.
