The lessons are easy to understand, while also providing a wealth of information. We use the dry erase markers for guided practice, quick formative assessments, partner work, and whole-class problem solving. Recently, during our lessons on the distributive property and numerical expressions, every student solved problems on their individual whiteboards. Instead of passively watching one student at the board, everyone was thinking, solving, and revising at the same time. The ability to write, erase, and try again immediately has strengthened both their accuracy and confidence.\r\nOne of our most exciting moments was when we began graphing coordinates on the coordinate plane. Students used the dry erase markers to plot ordered pairs, identify quadrants, and create geometric shapes by connecting points. Even students who are usually hesitant became more willing to participate because mistakes could be corrected quickly without pressure. During our coordinate graphing activity, I saw students helping one another locate points like (–3, 4) and discussing why a point belonged in Quadrant II. The classroom was filled with mathematical conversations and visible thinking.\r\nWe are also beginning small collaborative stations where students rotate, solve challenges, and justify their reasoning using the dry erase tools you provided. Your support has not only supplied materials, it has created a more interactive, student-centered math environment where engagement, confidence, and critical thinking continue to grow.
