The students were beyond thrilled to be brought materials that allow them to play basketball, kickball, soccer, and more during recess. It has allowed me to run a kickball league for the students during recess that has helped to increase engagement and sense of belonging in our students. They have learned emotional regulation skills and sportsmanship through the league, as well as collaboration and teamwork. \r\n\r\nGiving our students an active recess has allowed them to focus better during class!
