It has really changed our outside time and recess for the better. We are using the soccer balls and kick balls every day and there are enough of them for almost every child. We have worked on kicking, rolling, and bouncing the ball. I think the favorite activity that the children have learned is to play catch with each other! Its so special to see them sharing, taking turns, and moving their bodies. Before your donations, there were many social problems outside because there simply were not enough toys to go around. \r\n\r\nWe now have rainbow ribbon wands and rainbow dancing scarves and our playground is so full of color and excitement. Children can be seen running from one end of the playground to the other with their colorful toys and it really does look like the inside of a story book. \r\n\r\nWith outside time and recess being more successful, it means our inside learning is also improving and so many skills are being mastered. We have used our new trucks and sand toys for sensory exploration and it has made our Buildings and Simple Machines study so much more dynamic. \r\n\r\nWe could not be more grateful for your donation. I see the smiles they bring every day and it has made our year so much more fun! I have used it inside and outside already and added everything from pom-poms to ice-cubes with googly eyes!
