Students are starting to explore dominant and recessive traits, how genetic variations are passed down, and why two people can experience the world so differently based on their DNA. The idea that they will soon be able to test their own genetic responses to taste compounds has already sparked great conversation — several students have been asking whether being a \"super taster\" is dominant or recessive before we have even gotten there yet! This kit will bridge our biology and chemistry work in a way that no textbook exercise could, making genetics feel personal and real.
