Sometimes, the only exposure to experience is through literature. \r\n\r\n I appreciate your willingness to contribute to the lifelong success of my students. We are growing our future with these bright young minds. My hope is that their horizons will be expansive and not limited only to one voice. \r\n\r\n Mexikid by Pedro Martin is a graphic memoir that paints a picture of Mexican life in America. For so many of my students, it is a representation mirrored from their own background. For others, it is a connection to a classmate. For all, it is a very entertaining novel that we all enjoyed reading.
