It was almost like the whole day stopped and they needed to know immediately what was in the box! When me and my students opened the box, I could see a noticeable change in their faces and overall body language. We went through piece by piece all the supplies and some of the most popular comments were \"wow we could definitely use those\" or \"well Ms. Woods at least you don't have to order more on Amazon!\". \r\n Having your support means the world to me. You don't realize how much of your own money that you spend on a yearly basis just to keep your classroom up and running from September to June. This has offered me such a relief, I cannot express my gratitude in words. As a newer teacher, it is one of the most challenging times I am currently going through right now. Trying to make sure I am present for my students while also taking care of adult responsibilities outside of school can be overwhelming. I am proud to say that you have taken away part of that burden with your generous donations and care for the future of our nation. \r\nMy students and I are currently organizing all the materials into the various bins I have in my classroom. They are having a lot of fun opening brand new packages and helping me get organized- which is something i never thought I would say about these kiddos. They have seen the joy and happiness you've brought to my face within such a short period of time. Because of you, I can show up everyday for my students and not worry about when my next supply delivery will arrive!
