The addition of the microwave and snow cone machine has brought so much joy and practicality to our school day. Students now have the option to warm up their lunches in the cafeteria, which has made mealtimes more enjoyable and less stressful—especially for those who bring food from home. The snow cone machine has quickly become a favorite incentive tool; we recently used it as part of a reward celebration for students who met their attendance goals. The excitement on their faces as they created their own snow cone flavors was priceless!\r\n\r\nWhen the students first saw the new microwave and snow cone machine, they were thrilled! Some couldn't believe we had our very own snow cone machine in the building. It truly felt like a special treat. Looking ahead, we're using these tools to support a larger character education project where students earn positive behavior points to \"purchase\" rewards, including snow cones. This has increased motivation and fostered a positive classroom culture.
