These books have already made a positive impact in our classroom by giving students the opportunity to engage with a high-interest text that encourages both reading enjoyment and academic growth.\r\n\r\nAs we read, students are developing important literacy skills such as identifying character traits, making inferences, citing textual evidence, analyzing plot development, and understanding themes. The novel also introduces students to Greek mythology, helping them make connections between literature, history, and culture. Through class discussions and writing activities, students are learning how to support their ideas with evidence from the text and think critically about the characters' choices and challenges.\r\n\r\nReading in our classroom is an active experience. Students participate in partner discussions, small-group activities, independent reading, and collaborative projects. We encourage students to ask questions, make predictions, and share their thinking with their peers. Having enough books for students to follow along together has made these experiences much more meaningful and engaging.\r\n\r\nSeveral students who have been reluctant readers in the past are especially enjoying the book. The fast-paced adventure, humor, and relatable characters have helped capture their interest and build their confidence as readers. It has been wonderful to see students eagerly discussing chapters, making predictions about what will happen next, and asking if they can continue reading beyond the assigned pages.\r\n\r\nThank you for helping create these opportunities for our students. Your support is fostering a love of reading while helping students build skills that will benefit them for years to come.
