Through this project, we were able to enhance our vibrant learning community. Using these materials, we have created amazing collaborative spaces that bring learning to life in a fun and engaging way.\r\n\r\nThis spring, we were excited to use the giant Post-its and art supplies to create colorful walls of Post-it pages where we could think and share ideas. We explored complex topics in math, reading, and literature. We flexed our teamwork muscles by collaborating to understand complex concepts. We shared our perspectives through creative expression. We complemented each other's strengths.\r\n\r\nThe impact of your donation is long-lasting. It truly opened the door to group work in a unique and creative way. These supplies gave students multiple ways to engage with learning, helped students participate, and feel successful regardless of their learning style. These supplies made our classroom a more inclusive and exciting place to learn.\r\n\r\nThe most memorable project we worked on together was a recreation of Neverland, inspired by the Peter Pan novel. We used evidence from the text to add elements to our work and incorporated our own creative ideas about what was missing or what a kid in 2025 would want in Neverland. They had so much fun creating, sharing, and presenting their versions of Neverland to the entire class. They were truly engaged, developed social skills, reading and writing skills, and found a way to celebrate what each of them had to offer. We are so thankful to have had the opportunity to work like this together, and your donation made it possible.\r\n\r\nThank you again!!!","fullyFundedDate":1741751464143,"projectUrl":"project/differentiated-learning/9046205/","projectTitle":"Differentiated Learning","teacherDisplayName":"Ms. Bergmann","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://cdn.donorschoose.net/images/placeholder-avatars/272/teacher-placeholder-6_272.png?auto=webp","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/9703431"},{"teacherId":9703431,"projectId":8697462,"letterContent":"We are so grateful for your generosity! Having our new benches, bookcases, and supply organizer has made a huge impact on our learning community. Your kindness has made our classroom a much better place to learn and grow.\r\n\r\nHow You Helped Our Learning:\r\n\r\nThe new benches provide us with space to work with partners and small groups when reading, writing, and even math. Our benches also allow us more flexible seating when we gather for mini-lessons. Students love to sit on the benches and sometimes get their first seating choice as an incentive in class.\r\n\r\nThe new bookcases have allowed us to reorganize our classroom library. We now have space to look at our books by level and format. There is even a special spot for our graphic novels! It is so helpful to have the space to be organized.\r\n\r\nThe supply organizer helps us keep special markers, pencils, and crafts easily accessible for crafts and fun projects in class. We love being able to access what we need and having a specific place to put it away until it is needed again. \r\n\r\nThese new things have really opened up so many possibilities for a wide variety of learning. It has done so much more than create a special space for reading! Now, we love to spend time learning together and reading even more!\r\n\r\nWhat We Can Do Now:\r\nThanks to you, have a special place to read quietly or with a partner. We can find our books easily on the new shelves and we can keep our supplies organized.\r\nThe benches for our Reading Corner are now the most popular spots in our classroom!\r\n\r\nTo all the kind people in the Donors Choose Community who helped us, we want you to know that you've made a big difference.
