These student-built air cleaners are making the indoor air safer for our full school community by removing pollution and infectious disease from the air.\r\n\r\nThe filters need to be replaced every six months, and your donations have supplied us with enough filters for our full school year. Thanks to your generous donations, our children have coveralls that fit a range of sizes, new rain boots, warm socks and mittens to wear. Not only do they feel comfortable and safe in their outdoor gear, they zip, button and pull on boots in great anticipation of a fun time outside! \r\n\r\n In addition to running, climbing, digging, sorting, building forts and mud kitchens together, children will soon be rolling snow balls and exploring the forest's cold and icy surfaces. As we settle into the winter season of Forest Fridays outdoors, we are so grateful for the gift of warm feet and hands. Thank you for your generous contribution to the first and only public forest school program in the Bronx, NY.
