Every day I see children eager to sit down, practice letters, trace their names, and use magnetic letters and writing boards to explore how words are formed.\r\n\r\nOne of my favorite moments recently was watching a student carefully match letters and then proudly show me her name. Seeing that sense of pride and excitement reminds me how important these early experiences are.
