The students were so excited when they received all of the items and we have been using them everyday in our 4th grade ICT classroom. As we are a class that has students with disabilities, each of our students benefit from different supports during lessons and learn best incorporating different learning styles. The headphones, wobble stool, and multi-colored pens we received are used daily and have made learning more engaging and accessible to all of our students. \r\n\r\nThe wobble stool allows those students who benefit from more frequent movement to have that in a less disruptive way. Our students with ADHD and focusing issues have expressed how much it has helped them stay more focused. \r\n\r\nWe use the multi-colored pens in our math and reading to annotate different skills. Students were so excited when they saw these and how many more colors there were to use. \r\n\r\nThe headphones have also been really important, as not every student could afford them. We use an online program for reading and writing almost daily, and these headphones really are essential when using this program. Those students who needed the headphones we so appreciative when they saw me take out a brand new pair of them, and they loved the cool colors! \r\n\r\nAgain, thank you to all the donors who contributed to this project. The dry-erase boards and sensory tools you helped provide have made a huge impact on my second graders.\r\n\r\nEach day during phonics, the students eagerly grab their boards to practice building and blending words. One especially touching moment was seeing a student who normally struggles with confidence hold up his board with a big smile after spelling a tricky word all by himself. These interactive tools are helping make literacy fun, hands-on, and meaningful.\r\n\r\nThe sensory tools have also become a part of our daily routine. Whether it's calming fidget items or tools for focused movement breaks, they are helping students manage emotions, stay centered, and be ready to learn.\r\n\r\nYour donation didn't just provide supplies—it created moments of success, joy, and growth for students who work incredibly hard each day.
