We use the rug circles every day during our reading block, and they have truly transformed our carpet time. Students love choosing their own colorful spot and settling in with a book—it has helped create a calm, organized space where they can focus and feel comfortable. The sheet protectors have become one of our most useful tools. We use them to make Fundations, EL, and math worksheets reusable, especially during centers where students solve problems with dry erase markers, erase, and try again. The plastic bins keep each table's headphones organized for iPad learning, and the scissors ensure every student can fully participate in arts & crafts and phonics & science cut-and-sort activities since many did not have their own.\r\n\r\nWhen the materials first arrived, students were genuinely excited—especially about the rug circles and dry erase markers! They immediately started picking favorite colors and couldn't wait to use them. More importantly, they felt special knowing these supplies were provided just for them.\r\n\r\nNext, we will continue building strong literacy foundations through Fundations and small-group reading while using our reusable materials for ongoing practice and review. In math, we are moving into more hands-on centers and collaborative problem-solving activities. These resources are helping us stay organized, maximize learning time, and create an engaging classroom environment where all students can learn confidently.
