I cannot stress how important these simple bins have created such a difference.\r\n\r\nIn a public school you can't choose the type of shelves you get, We had mismatched shelves and bins. But with the clear bins I was able to make labels for my older students. This way, they would know where to look for the books they wanted and where to put them back. Creating independence. They no longer had to ask me for help to choose a book that was just right for them.\r\n\r\nI used the colored bins to organize my decodable books. This way my younger students and emergent readers could look for the right colored bin to get the books that were at their level.
