Your contributions have ensured that generations of students will have the proper classroom supplies and equipment to experience and thrive in the best learning environment. \r\n The students lit up when they saw the brand new equipment! They were so touched and humbled that there are such caring people in our community that would help support the school's P.E. program. All they could think of was how much fun they would have playing with the new equipment and all the different sports they would experience. Something that they would not have be able to do without the donations. \r\n Our next step is to dive into a tennis unit, where they will learn racquet handling, forearm and backhand swing, and how to rally back and forward over the net. Tennis is such a vital activity to promote lifelong participation in a health enhancing activity and such a fun summer sport! After that, we will end our school year using the new footballs we received to understand how to throw and catch a football and how to receiving running routes. \r\n Once again, we thank you. With our project, Seats for Success we were able to give our students flexible seating in our classroom and the ability to meet for small groups at our large tables. With over 30 students, it is often very challenging to maneuver through our classroom and find enough seats to meet without causing a disruption in our learning. These stools have given us the chance to easily transition from one task to another with minimal interruption from chairs being dragged across the room. It also gives us the opportunity to have easily accessible seating near each group of desks to work with students individually as they are learning.\r\nThank you so much for your support and dedication to our learning! This has ensured that students have access to all materials needed for their learning both in and out of school.
