My students were so appreciative and thrilled upon receiving the supplies. The students in the club enjoyed working on their creative art projects and took ownership of their designs by researching exemplars online. I was impressed with the level of precision and thought they executed with their projects. With these supplies, students made customized plant pots for different staff members as well as themselves, designed their own reusable tote bags, and painted their own artwork to display in my classroom related to science. I even had students who would stay everyday during their lunchtime to continue working on the design of their plant pots. One of my students brought a smile to my face when she stayed after school with me for an hour, patiently waiting for her favorite teacher to finish a meeting so she could personally deliver a custom-designed plant pot she had created. \r\n\r\nTo continue our creative art therapy journey, the students are interested in designing larger plant pots and wanted to add tall diverse tall plant species to these pots such as snake plants and spider plants.
