My students are involved in a program called Virtual Enterprise. Students create a business idea and write a business plan. One requirement is that they write a business plan together. This is the 3rd year, and it has been a great experience for them. Through hard work and dedication to their business idea, they made it to the citywide VE competition for the first time. In April 2018, they will attend the NYC VE Trade Show. At this event, schools from all over the world will meet at Pier 92 to share with other firms their business and sales materials. These materials, such as the tablets, will help my students make sales a bit easier using technology. It will avoid using paper invoices and will keep track of all sales. These devices will be used for further VE firms at my school. Students will be able to share instantly the firms' products to students and staff including their website. Working collaboratively and being on the same page is important to my students. The shirts will allow students to represent their firm and advertise their name while at the trade show. Students plan on designing these shirts with their firm name and logo. Thank you in advance for supporting a dedicated group of your professionals.
