This has helped fix our biomechanics for the season. At the end of the season we had two athletes hit a new PR in their final race. I think this was tremendous with the help of utilizing the mini hurdles. This helped my athletes stay with good form. We were also able to use it for conditioning by jumping over the hurdles. My athletes are so thankful for getting this throughout our season.
