Your generosity has given my students access to technology that has become an important part of how they learn, research, create, and share their understanding of World History.\r\n\r\nMy students use the iPads to conduct research on historical topics, gather information from reliable sources, take notes, and work collaboratively to develop presentations. They use the Apple Pencils and Magic Keyboards to organize their ideas, create interactive projects, and prepare presentations that demonstrate what they have learned.\r\n\r\nIn our World History studies, students explore topics ranging from early humans and the development of ancient civilizations through the 15th century and the beginning of the Age of Exploration. Rather than simply reading about these topics, students are able to become researchers and creators. They investigate historical questions, examine information and images, develop their own interpretations, and present their learning to their classmates.\r\n\r\nThe technology has also helped increase student engagement and ownership. Students are excited to use the iPads to create presentations and share their learning with others. They are developing important skills in research, communication, collaboration, digital literacy, and public speaking while strengthening their understanding of historical content.\r\n\r\nMost importantly, your donation has helped make learning more interactive and accessible. The students are not just receiving information—they are using technology to explore history, create something meaningful, and teach others what they have discovered.\r\n\r\nThank you for investing in my students and believing that they deserve access to the tools that help them become confident, curious, and capable learners.
