They enjoy creating, challenging themselves to expand on their creations and sharing what they built with their peers and teachers. \r\n\r\nHaving STEM materials that are different sizes and require different amounts of dexterity helps the students to continue to strengthen their fine motor skills. The kids were THRILLED when they arrived! They wanted to help me set them up and could not stop talking about how soft and comfortable they are! I had to come up with a system for each student to take turns because every one of them wants to read in chairs! \r\n\r\nMotivation is huge for students who are struggling with reading. This (along with some stuffed animals!) has really helped with motivating students.
