Because of your generosity, students in both my middle school and high school classes are now able to take part in hands-on projects that were previously difficult to offer. We are already using the new materials to build battery-powered electric windmills, DC motor robots, and simple circuit-based devices. When students first saw the materials, they were excited and immediately wanted to know what we would be building next.\r\n\r\nFunding is always a challenge, especially when budgets are shared across multiple classes and teachers. Everyday items like batteries and motors are used constantly, but they often become a low priority and run out quickly. In the past, this sometimes meant delaying projects or paying out of pocket. Thanks to your support, we can move forward without those limits.\r\n\r\nBecause of you, I feel empowered to ask for the materials my students truly need. Your donation helps ensure that students across grade levels have a fair, fun, and meaningful learning experience. These resources have opened the door to more projects, more creativity, and more opportunities for students to learn by building and experimenting. Thank you for making that possible.","fullyFundedDate":1763920442228,"projectUrl":"project/building-future-technicians-through-hand/9724032/","projectTitle":"Building Future Technicians Through Hands-On Electronics","teacherDisplayName":"Mr. Paschall","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp9910963_orig.jpg?crop=1:1,smart&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1758429061958","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/9910963"},{"teacherId":9910963,"projectId":9715402,"letterContent":"Having cubbies in my classroom allows students to start class organized and focused. By placing their coats and backpacks in a designated spot at the beginning of each period, the room instantly becomes a safer and more productive environment. Clear walkways mean fewer distractions and accidents, and students are able to transition into learning mode much faster. This small addition has a big impact on both classroom management and creating a professional, workshop-like atmosphere.\r\n\r\nThe 5-tier rolling shelf brings a level of flexibility that is essential in a hands-on, project-based classroom. I can use it to store supplies, transport tools, and display student work in a way that is both accessible and organized. Being able to roll the shelves around means projects can be moved easily without disrupting the flow of class, and supplies can come directly to the students rather than students crowding one area to gather materials. This mobility saves time, keeps activities running smoothly, and ensures every student has what they need to be successful.\r\n\r\nTogether, these resources make a noticeable difference in my classroom. The cubbies promote responsibility and order, while the rolling shelves support creativity and collaboration by making projects and tools available exactly where they're needed. Both pieces help build a learning environment where students can focus on engineering, design, and innovation instead of worrying about clutter and chaos.","fullyFundedDate":1758082379382,"projectUrl":"project/building-a-safer-smarter-steam-lab-with/9715402/","projectTitle":"Building a Safer, Smarter STEAM Lab with Storage Solutions","teacherDisplayName":"Mr. Paschall","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp9910963_orig.jpg?crop=1:1,smart&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1758429061958","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/9910963"},{"teacherId":9736742,"projectId":8749926,"letterContent":"We are incredibly grateful for your generosity in transforming our social work office into a more welcoming and calming space. This calming ambiance helps ease anxieties, with some students making it part of their routine to stop by, relax, and reset before returning to class.\r\n\r\nFor students with anxiety, ADHD, or sensory sensitivities, the tank has become a valuable tool for self-regulation. One student shared how watching the fish and bubbles helps her take deep breaths and refocus.\r\n\r\nBeyond students, staff have noted how much more inviting and peaceful the office feels.
