They were very grateful for all the support. \r\n\r\nOur students, particualry those in isecure housing or shelters, are using the food items for sustenance throughout the day and when they go home to help with food shortages. These students and families have called the school to let me know directly the positive impact it has had on their lives.\r\n\r\n\r\nThe next steps for the project are to have student volunteers to run the food pantry during their free lunch period to help support their peers and their families.
