Your generosity is greatly appreciated! All of the materials that were granted have greatly improved my Life Skills Unit this year and will continue to do so in the future. The addition of new barber shop/salon materials created an even more realistic environment for my students. We were especially grateful for the weighted collars and vests to help create a sensory friendly environment. Students that previously were not able to sit in the barber chair, found comfort and demonstrated improved tolerance for the routine. The new buzzers were great because they were not \"too loud\" and again helped with sensory sensitive students. My program is forever grateful for the enhancements that this Donors Choose Project has provided. They not only help support our students but the families we serve.
