They are now genuinely excited for ELA rotations, and the new structure has allowed me to work with small groups more effectively. I can better tailor instruction to meet students where they are and support their individual growth.\r\n\r\nWhat's especially wonderful is that the other stations feel like play to them. Many students don't even realize how much they are learning. The board games, in particular, have been a huge success—they encourage engagement, effort, and enthusiasm because of their gamified nature.\r\n\r\nI've also noticed a big improvement in how students use context clues. During reading lessons, participation has expanded beyond just a few students. Many more are now confidently analyzing words and discussing meanings together.\r\n\r\nOur monthly online assessments show that 76% of the class has demonstrated measurable growth in vocabulary—an incredible outcome that would not have been possible without your generosity.\r\n\r\nThank you again for making this opportunity a reality for my students.
