Throughout our fishing unit, they learned about different fish found in New Mexico, how to use equipment safely, and how to tie fishing knots. They also practiced flip casting toward targets and spin casting for accuracy, building coordination, and patience along the way.\r\n\r\nYour generosity has helped us offer an innovative, fun unit that introduces students to lifelong skills they might never have experienced otherwise.
