These resources have already made such a difference in our classroom! Our new rug has quickly become a favorite gathering space where we come together for read-alouds, morning meetings, class discussions, and lessons. The floor cushions give my students another comfortable option for independent reading and learning, and they have loved being able to choose a cozy spot that helps them feel comfortable and focused.\r\n\r\nWhen my students first saw our new rug and cushions, they were SO excited! They immediately wanted to sit on the new rug and try out the cushions. It may seem like a simple change, but having a clean, comfortable, and inviting classroom space helps create an environment where students feel safe, valued, and ready to learn. The new vacuum has also been a huge help in keeping our classroom clean, especially with our new rug and all of the everyday messes that come with a busy third-grade classroom!\r\n\r\nAs we continue through the school year, my students will be using these new spaces every day as we grow as readers, writers, mathematicians, and leaders. We are currently building our classroom community and learning routines that will help us become more independent and responsible learners. Thank you for helping make our classroom a place where my students can learn, grow, and feel proud to call it their classroom.
