This dedicated area, equipped with calming tools and sensory items, is truly transforming our day-to-day learning environment. \r\nThe Sensory Corner allows the students to practice self-regulation and develop healthy coping mechanisms. Once they are emotionally regulated and calm, they are better able to focus and engage in learning activities. They especially love watching the jellyfish gently glow and float while getting their wiggles out on the bouncy seat!\r\nThe \"cool-down corner\" has helped the students reset and return to their work with renewed focus and a calmer state of mind. This, in turn, has resulted in a significant reduction in disruptions, improving the learning experience not only for the student utilizing the area but for everyone in the classroom.\r\n\r\nYour generous donation has had a profound and positive impact on the overall environment of our classroom and the social-emotional growth of our students.
