The added space allowed us to implement collaborative projects, independent reading, and Read-and-Response Journal sessions. Students appreciated the ease of completing assignments without having to clear floor space, enabling us to add more cross-curricular projects to our English Language Arts block.For instance, we explored \"Balloons Over Broadway,\" studying its history and impact. After reading Melissa Sweet's book, the students created narratives about Macy's Day Parade floats using graphic organizers and designed their own parade for a bulletin board display.\r\n\r\nWe are sincerely thankful for your support. Your generosity has helped my students focus on learning instead of the discomfort of a cramped classroom. Your contributions have fostered a growth mindset and made a significant difference in their lives.
