We use the light covers to soften the fluorescent lighting in our classroom, and the students love the atmosphere it creates. The leafy green covers offer the perfect subdued hue and happy green, especially when we needed a break from the east coast winter snow. The sunset colored-covers are another great hue, especially as we entered the final quarter of the school year - an homage to the end of the year without the hyper-energy that the students loved. The said it was so calming coming into the room after an intense test in another class or the cacophony of the lunch cafeteria. \r\n\r\nThe light up seat is another favorite. The students usually use it as an end table in our study nook while they work independently. They like the soft yellow light color for this, but prefer the rainbow color changes when they first come into the classroom or on Mondays when they need a little extra oomf. \r\n\r\nWe look forward to continuing our endeavor in creating a safe, calm space to work and to learn.
