To make sure every student had a turn reading on them, we create a \"bean bag rotation\" schedule. They are even more excited for our reading period now and eagerly wait for their turn to snuggle up and read. \r\n\r\nThe I Survived series are also a hit in my third grade classroom. The kids were happy to have new books to read and learn about events that have happened in our history. \r\n\r\nI am beyond grateful for your support and generosity to make my classroom the best environment for learning. I wanted to personally thank you all for your generosity and to outline for you some ways my students are utilizing our new additions to our classrooms. \r\n\r\nFor starters, our new round seat cushions make independent reading time so much more inviting and cozy for students! This has allowed my students to move around the room to find a cozy, quiet reading spot. The standing desk has made teaching at the smart board more efficient for my students and me, and it is so easy to move around the room!\r\n\r\nMy students have also been loving the magnetic book shelves to display monthly read aloud books. This has been getting them more excited to read as they see books displayed everyday in our classroom library. The stationary supplies have also been put to use already and have made all the difference in our classroom!\r\n\r\nThank you again for being a part of my students' learning.
