This has allowed students to get what they need quickly and return to class ready to learn.\r\n\r\nWhen students first learned the Comfort Closet was available, many were relieved and thankful to know there was a safe place they could go without embarrassment. Seeing students realize that their school cares about their well-being was a powerful moment for our staff. What may seem like a small item can make a huge difference in a student's day.\r\n\r\nThese resources are helping students stay focused in class, avoid missing instructional time, and feel more confident during the school day. Our next steps are to continue maintaining and restocking the closet while making sure students know support is always available. We are also working to expand awareness of wellness resources so students feel empowered to advocate for their needs.
