Your support has made it possible for my students to have access to the Early Math Activity Center, a hands-on resource that introduces and strengthens their understanding of sorting, counting to 20 and patterns. The materials you've donated are a part of our math routine, allowing students to explore math elements in a fun way and practice taking turns. Through guided activities and independent exploration, my students are developing foundational math skills. \r\n\r\nA particular moment occurred during a small group activity where students used the elephants to communicate their understanding of different sizes. After identifying elephants by their size, they took turns pointing to the size to confirm their understanding. Tangible objects, such as the manipulatives and activities that other programs you've donated make learning possible for students with autism.\r\n\r\nWhen the students first received the materials, their excitement was immediate; they were eager to touch the programs and activities as they were being unwrapped. The students' eyes lit up! Thank you so much for caring enough to donate. Your support has set a positive tone for learning in my classroom. Your generosity has not only provided valuable educational tools but has also inspired enthusiasm for learning math.
