When the students first saw the new seating, they were super excited and couldn't wait to try it out. They immediately asked to take turns sitting at the tables, and the excitement was contagious. It was such a joyful moment to see how something as simple as new seating could spark so much enthusiasm and positivity in the room.\r\n\r\nThese seats have become an incredibly useful tool for classroom management and engagement. Instead of reserving special seating only for students who need extra support or attention, the seats are now something everyone wants to experience. I am able to use them as a reward, which has motivated students to stay focused, follow expectations, and put forth their best effort. Students who once felt singled out now love sitting there, and the rest of the class is excited and encouraged by the opportunity as well.\r\n\r\nMoving forward, we will continue using the U-tables during small-group instruction, collaborative lessons, and independent work time. They allow me to better support students academically while also creating an inclusive and positive learning environment.
