Our students were able to take turns sorting laundry into dark and light colored fabrics, opening the washing machine door, and putting in the laundry soap. It was their first time to use the washing machine: add laundry soap by themselves; and actually watch the washing machine in action.\r\n\r\nMy students were fascinated by the bubbles they can see through the washing machine front loading door. They took turns doing loads of laundry and got to experience what it's like to actually do the laundry on their own. They felt so proud that they can complete a chore by themselves. They are becoming more and more confident as productive members of their own households.
