During our cookie study we explored what flour, salt, white sugar, brown sugar, and confectioner's sugar look like up close. \r\n\r\nWe made pizza dough and observed yeast under the microscopes. The students say they feel like real scientists when using the microscopes. I hope to get snowflakes to examine under the microscopes. \r\n\r\nThe Microscopes work very well and the item under the microscope can be observed on the screen by multiple children at the same time. I have shared the microscopes with my colleagues and their students enjoyed the opportunity to use them\r\n\r\nThank you so much for believing in me and my young students.
