This has given the students in the entire second grade the chance to build and create. This time has become a really valuable part of our routine, not just for encouraging creativity and hands-on learning, but also for supporting social-emotional growth. As students work together, they practice sharing materials, compromising on ideas, and problem-solving as a team. It's been great to see them be able to get back to collaborating, communicating, and taking pride in what they create. \r\n\r\nThere was something really special about bringing the STEM tubs back into the classroom. As we opened each box together, the room filled with genuine excitement—it felt a bit like a shared celebration, with smiles, laughter, and lots of eager anticipation. Both students and teachers were drawn in and there was a strong sense of joy as we explored everything inside. We couldn't wait to get everything organized into bins so the materials could be put to use, and that excitement has carried over into our daily routines.\r\n\r\nAs we prepare to close out our year at the middle school, there's a mix of pride and emotion in the air. This journey has meant a lot to all of us, but our hearts are already looking ahead with hope. We are truly excited at the thought of returning to our home, Arthur Rann Elementary, in September. There's a special kind of comfort and belonging that comes with it, because, as the saying goes, there really is no place like home.","fullyFundedDate":1773964142083,"projectUrl":"project/stock-the-stem-tub-spark-young-minds/10136946/","projectTitle":"Stock the STEM Tub, Spark Young Minds!","teacherDisplayName":"Ms. Jerue","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://cdn.donorschoose.net/images/placeholder-avatars/272/teacher-placeholder-6_272.png?auto=webp","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/10459651"},{"teacherId":10424371,"projectId":10075047,"letterContent":"Thanks to your generosity, our kindergarten classroom is slowly coming back to life after being displaced by the school fire. Moments like this remind us that your support isn't just about supplies—it's about giving children stability, comfort, and the confidence to keep exploring and learning.\r\nWe will continue using these materials to strengthen daily routines, collaborative projects, and reading circles. The blocks, comfortable seating, and engaging manipulatives help students rebuild normalcy, express themselves, and thrive academically and emotionally—even after a disruptive mid-year move.\r\n\r\nThank you for helping us transform a challenging moment into a space of comfort, creativity, and growth.
